Washantonian In Need...

Anybody in the western Washington area have a rust free bed for a 73-79 short box? I am in desperate need of one before the body shop paints my truck this month.

Please send any leads you may have... Thanks!

Joe.

Nope

No I didn't get out there... I appreciated the lead though!

We picked up... actually it was my wife who made the trip and hauled this back home for me on Monday, she is truely the best! . It's the parts donor for my '76 CC. A '79 F150 Custom, shortbed 2wd. It has 73k original miles, 300ci with the auto, A/C, PS, PDB. NO RUST anywhere, it was originally black but was painted red at one point. This is such a clean little truck that's been sitting 5 years, its currently not running but shouldn't take much to get it going. Kinda shame to pull it apart, but I have to remind myself that's what I bought it for... the nice original Ford parts. Take a look... the box, front fenders, a super nice black dash pad (no cracks!), and a few other parts are going on the CC.
