Does anyone have a diagram on where the vacuum tubes go for a '51 F1 V8? I have a few tubes sticking out and I'm not too sure how to proceed.

I only know of 2 on my truck. One is a hard line from the carburetor to distributor vacuum advance and the other is one from the fuel pump to windshield wiper motor. You have had some other accessories? Is your truck running? It probably should not run with a few vacuum lines not connected.

 

I have those two lines as well. The line from the carb to the disti is connected . I have another line coming from inside the fire wall into the jar attached to the fire wall. I also have a line under my dash that is loose.

Yes, it runs fine.

 

Sounds like the optional windshield washer setup. Got a pic of the jar?
