A/C Blower problems

The blower stopped working in my truck the other day. Ive had the truck for 4 months now and there has been two time it fadded out and came back when I was on the highway. Now its just not working in any position. The compressor comes on like it should but just no air from the blower. Has anyone has this problem before? Was it the blower, relay or a control module? I dont have a lot of time on my hands to hunt down the problem so any ideas that would help cut my my time down would be greatly appreciated.

Usually, it's a worn out motor. You'd have to go through the diagnostics to verify it if you want to know for certain without resorting to buying and replacing the blower.
