As far as I know there are no commercially made kits for the F-2 or F-3. You could use a kit for a F-1 but you'll have to use F-1 front wheels. The axles and spindles are the same for F-1 through F-3 but the eight bolt hubs are used on F-2 and F-3s.
If you want to retain the stock appearance of the eight bolts then you can build your own kit using off the shelf and salvage yard parts:
