Well it looks like I'll be spending a lot of time in this forum now.

I loved my '05 but it was about time to start looking at a new truck. To be fair, I drove three F-150s.......one with each of the new engines, just to satisfy my curiosity. Then I drove an F-250 with the 6.7.

Holy crap!!! After I drove a 6.7, it was all over with. This is absolutely the best vehicle I've ever owned. It's unbelievable how much difference there is between this truck and my '05. This is an amazing vehicle!

I'm as happy as a pig in slop! The ride and handling are in a class all their own and this thing is so quiet, it's hard to believe it's a diesel. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic but it was getting ready to rain and I had to get to work.

The rebates and financing were just too good to pass up and my $750 coupon from Ford was going to expire yesterday. Soooooo, after getting within $250 of what I wanted out of my '05 F-250, I drove it off the lot yesterday happy as a lark.

 

It is a very nice looking truck. I am sure you will enjoy it.

Welcome to the club! When I was truck shopping I tried on a few F-150's as well, and like you, once I got in the F250 there was no contest.

Thanks everyone! This truck is unreal. The only bad thing is I'm on midnight shift and haven't had much time to drive it yet. One of many things I've found that I really like about it is that the headlights seem a bit better than on the '05.

I'm making a list of errands and places I can go when I'm off Monday and Tuesday now.
