You might get a few more replies in the correct section, but I'll try to help a fellow vet. If it's getting good spark, I'd put a fuel pressure gauge on the schrader valve on the fuel rail and check fuel pressure and volume. If memory serves me right it should have around 36-38LBS of pressure. If that doesn't check out, it could be fuel pump(s) or transfer switch if it's a duel tank truck. Don't overlook the filter either. See if you are getting a good blueish colored spark. If not, could be an ignition module or pick up in the distributor. Of course you need to have good compression in all cylinders. If not then could be a timing chain. If it seems to crank a little faster and easier than normal is or uneven is another indication of timing chain. You need spark at the correct time, compression, and the correct air fuel mixture for an engine to run. I just gave you some basics to check out. Good luck.
