Just changed the light bulb in my cluster.
It was so easy a blind man can do it the light in the digital information center odometer in my 2006 F-150 it had gone out. dealer wanted over $ 500.00 just to check it the bulb cost me $4.80. It.
took me about 45 minutes.

ok here it is unscrew the bottom panel under the driver side under steering wheel, next remove,the nuts of the next upper panel under the steering wheel, feel around the seam of that panel clips are about center just put a little pressure with a flat head screwdriver you will feel and hear the panel over the top of the steering wheel snap be gentle. Once that is out of the way the cluster is all yours. be sure that the power is off that is no key in the ignition
remove the cluster attached power plugs detach pull cluster out be care full
the transmission indicator is still attached ,but don,t worry you have enough room to change the bulb. (YL3Z 13B765 DA : BULB ) that is how it's written on my my bill
