Hi I'm new here. But anyway, is there a lip to hold on the boot and clamp or is it just the clamp holding it onto the intake manifold? I was wondering cus I have an ATS setup similar to yours and there is no lip on my intake and the boot will pop off sometimes when I get up to 15 psi. What do you think I could do to prevent this?

No lip, I just tightened it down real well with a t-bolt clamp. Ae you using a hose clamp or t-bolt?

I'm loving it, better throttle response and during my 200 mile trip yesterday, pedal was floored for a while going up hills and pyro didn't go over 650. I need more fuel

Inter cooling the truck was a great move and it always runs like it is cold

Floored up hills only 650*? That's a good cruising temp on the flat, you definitely need to turn up the wick!

Not bad. I figured I'd intercool it at some point, but it may have just gotten bumped up the list a tad haha.

I have t-bolt bit idk why it pops off though. Oh well...it won't matter too much after I have my supercharger setup on it. The SC manifold I have should hold the boots on really well. Haha

i know but cdr going through intercooler will have oil pools accumulate and reduce efficiency, among other things...let me find the thread i remember reading....

edit here is the link, gotta read most of it. at least page 2 and on http://www.oilburners.net/forums/sho...by+intercooler
