Center Console Lid

The two tabs that keep the console lid back so the latch catches broke. Tried superglue but that only held for a few days. Gonna try epoxy next.

Anyone else have theirs break off?

I can't visualize this. My lid is OK though.

Do they fit in the slots to either side of the latch hole?

That's exactly it. Look on your lid. You will see the two tabs. They are about an inch wide, 1/8" thick and 3/4" tall.

They hold the lid back so the latch catches. Without them the lid stays forward and the latch won't catch.

Epoxy sounds like the only solution. As noted, mine are fine but I'll look at them closely.
