Now the truck died and wont start cps code came up fml

Shane, I'll try to get your photos posted. By the looks of your filter, it's time for a new one. The wire looks to me to be connected to fuel heater (the "disk thingy") at the bottom of the fuel filter bowl.

Sounds like your CPS finally quit. Easy to replace. I remove the lower portion of the serpentine belt to give me a little more room; not necessary to do, but it works for me. Remember to clear the codes AFTER you fix something.

I do clear the codes bc I didn't with my vss and the spedo didn't work until I did. Thanks for your help

Doesn't look like algae, but definitely time to replace.


Looks like the fuel heater wire to me.

What do you guys think?
