What did do, wax the engine? Never seen a truck look that nice under the hood!

Wish I was closer and had the money

Best thing I have found to clean engine bays has been purple power, elbow grease and a magic eraser. Used an eraser the other night on the windshield washer bottle and the white almost looked new.

Spray the engine compartment with amoral and drive it for a bit. Open up your hood and have your sunglasses handy!

I used to have a friend with a detail shop, that catered strictly to dealers.
They have all kind of tricks, including steam cleaning inside with a regular engine pressure steam cleaner. They also use a detail paint gun in the engine bay even repainting the hoses black to look like new for a short while. They will even paint worn carpet and make it look like new. (don't know how long that last)

I have used pledge in the cab then i have wipped down everything with a very light coat of wd40 to wipe down under my hood the wd40 works best it gets a nice shine and makes everything not hold grease and wash down easier

Now that is pretty! 8K seems like the buyer got a good deal. It needs clearance lights to be perfect.

I hope my body looks that good once I get new fenders in it and new cab corners.
