What year is this truck?

This COE is located at an airport that my friend manages. I am trying to find out from the city if they want to sell it. So far the pictures are all I have to go on. Any idea what year it is? I noticed the blinkers were up high and not in the grill like my '61 C-550

There's no way to know the exact year without the VIN / C Series Tilt Cabs look pretty much the same from 1957 thru 1986. 1958/60's have dual headlamps, all the others have single headlamps.

1957/80 has a 11 digit VIN / 1981/86 has a 17 digit VIN

The door emblems on this truck with the yellow reflectors were introduced in 1968, used thru 1986 on C Series.

I am from Texas but that truck is in Arkansas. I have no idea right now what the city would want for it.
