1 brake light and 1 blinker
I have a '94 F-250 4x4 w 460 and 148k miles. Used mostly for camper and boat trailering.
Cruise control hasn't worked since I purchased in 2007. Intermittent Wipers only work on two functions.
Emergency flashers stopped working a year ago.
I used for the first time in 6 months and right rear brake light/blinker was out. Changed bulb and blinker works but not brake light. Replaced both flasher units just because it was cheap to do so. Still nothing. Also, front blinker now does not work. Changed bulb and still nothing. Lights all work.
Just rechecked: Now no blinkers work and with brakes applied, use right blinker and right brake light goes out and left comes on. Use Left blinker and left brake light goes out and right comes back on. Still no blimker lights are working whereas yesterday the left side worked and the right rear worked.
Could this be the clock Spring? Very confusing.

Sounds like you have multi-function switch problems. I believe they started using those by your year. It's what I would call the turnsignal switch, but by your year they have the wipers, dimmer, and everything else involved.
The clock spring only goes to something that is on the steering wheel that spins around. That would be the horn button, cruise buttons, and if you have a airbag.
