Idle issue/oil leak resolved
After replacing the IAC the issue was greatly improved. Still have a code 31 but thru reading don't think it has a real effect on my idle.
I had a leaking breather cap/oil cap and upon researching found it was supposed to have a gasket and a piece of foam in it, mine had neither.
Bought a $4 one from NAPA and cleaned up the hose and PCV valve and now shes purring like a kitten. Was gonna buy a new PCV valve but got to running at the mouth and simply forgot.
My idle issue was after driving sometimes I would place the truck in park and she would shut off. Maybe someone who stumbles across this will benefit.
BTW, I could not belive how much gunk was in these parts, they were all orginal as well.
