Good morning Steve. Went To the Texas roadhouse last night, ate too much.

 

I spent most of the night digging out a splinter out from under my right hand pinky nail!

 

Sounds like a major operation. Jersey lemonade as the anesthesia?

 

Looks like everyone Is still sleeping.

 

Had four shots of scotch, and some benzocaine sprayed directly into the wound.

 

That must have Been a good sliver. From working on the boat?

 

No from the split rail fence and the self propelled mower, my little finger on my right hand got between the fence and the handle, it went right up the nail bed on the outer part of the finger, it felt like this size of a Sequoia tree.

 

I would never survive torture, I wouldn't have any secrets if it came to shoving anything up my fingernails, what I know you will know!

 

LOL, too true. I hate causing pain to myself. Especially from the neck up. Slivers under the finger nail are the worse.

 

it was far from a sliver, it was three times the size of a wood toothpick and a half an inch long, I got out a good hunk of it myself, but know one was home, so I finished the lawn and waited till the wife got home to dig out the rest, and there were a couple of really big pieces left for her to get out with all the little bits. It did finally bleed really well when the last big piece came out.
