Finished the roof on the 'living' portion of the house. Now to start the porch roof and two bay windows. Used 40.5 bundles of shingles, two bundles of ridge shingles, two rolls of ridge vent and about 30 lbs of nails so far.

later today i have to go to a party with court people. it should be terrible, long, and hot.

 

I went to a party last night with some people I used to work with. I don't go to party's, this was the first in a good long time. I arrived to find a bunch of stoners and a few random rich lookin kids trying to start a fire...with grass that was very recently plucked from the lawn. Fantastic. At least there was a fire pit.

 

Haha, I am goin to party tonight! My roomates from hawaii are here in ct visiting his brother, and they are gonna be doing a party for his birthday up is MA right on the water at there house, should be a good time
