Prosecution didn't do the job, not that they didn't try, but it appears that they didn't have the solid evidence they needed, but had only circumstantial evidence and suspicions. I feel like there is guilt there too, but unless the state can prove it, she didn't do it. Just feeling that someone is guilty doesn't cut it. Anyone can be accused by anybody, anytime, but fortunately, our legal system requires that your accuser must prove your guilt.
I expected this verdict. I also expect that someday, somebody is going to slip up, and the truth will come out. What a crying shame that an innocent child lost her life through the outright negligence, or wanton malice of someone else. I believe that there is PLENTY of guilt to go around, she's not in it by herself.
Amen, end of sermon.......

Thanks Pat. How's your water level these days? I guess it was your Power Station that I saw on the news (only once) and it did not look good to me! How far above normal water level, or high level are your cooling system pumps and transformers? I used to be one of the contract union millwrights that worked on Nukes. I personally like and support them, but the earth is showing us where we have made some errors in judgement! Guess we're still learning!
