JakeHan is starting off with a positive reputation.
A quick eyeball of a 'Stroke compared to an idi, if one fits the other most likely will..... and idi's have been done, heck, they really aren't dimensionally much different than a 460.......weight is a different story......but as far as fitting it into the engine compartment, it'll go.

But yeah, depending on how "wrecked" wrecked is, a body swap would be do-able, and might give you something pretty cool, if the configuration is the same (cab and bed). If not, you have known drivetrain components, and frames (at least here in no-salt country) are probably the easiest component to find used - the local yards here are more than happy to sell those off for barely more than scrap price.
