I have my first truck a 1973 F250 I got for $850 that needs cam and lifters, but is still alot of fun. I am only 14 but in a couple of days that will change so I bought myself a present I guess. We live in the smalltown of Verdigre that is in Northeast Ne. We also own 2 OBS 7.3 powerstrokes so thats how I got into fords.

Welcome 2tone! I've been up there for the colachi (spelling?) festival, years ago. Post up a pic of the 73 if you can, I'd like to see a big picture of it!

I'll have to check them out from home, they are blocked here at work. I had a blast when I was up there for it!

Nice pics, pretty clean looking dentside! So, what are your plans for it? I'm in the middle of restoring/modding a 67 F-100.

Right now I'm just trying to get the ticking to stop, but I'm just going to make it an awsome school truck and someday drop a 7.3 diesel in it.

Think the ticking is a lifter, or an exhaust leak? I'm putting a 351W, and a ZF-5 5 speed in my 67. If you click on the "1967 F-100 Project" in my sig, it will take you to the build thread.
