Sounds like the injector harness needs a close look IMHO.

I have a blue point YA3120 that checks for stored codes and does a KOEO and KOER test to check for enhanced codes. I plugged it in this morning and it did no see wrong. I could not do the KOER test since it would not start but I have run a couple of days ago and it did not see anything. Would these sync problems be throwing a code?
FYI--IIRC Ford IDS and AE will only read FICM voltage up to 52 volts even if it's actually higher. Not sure what your shop is reading with, but if you got the hot upgrade (58v) from Swamps then the only way to accurately test it is with a DVOM or maybe a scangauge II.

The truck was running and starting fine at the time they read the FICM voltage.

If I am getting 1500 psi at the ICP port while cranking, is that good? Could this be too high? Bout to pull my hair out trying to figure this out. I guess my next step would be IPR? inspection/change out. I have check out the wiring everywhere and do not see any chaffing issues.

1500 psi is well within the range needed for your truck to fire up. Like I indicated in post #27, the only way you are going to pinpoint the cause of your issue is to monitor the PIDs I described, during the no-start event in order to see what's missing. Failing that, you are only wasting time and effort.

What does PID stand for? ("6.0L PIDs in the no-start "list" (ICP volts, ICP psi, ICP desired, IPR duty cycle, FICM_M, FICM_SYNC, FUEL_PW, SYNC, RPM etc.)")

Is this something that most diesel shops can monitor? Or only Ford? When it was in the shop on Friday morn the darn thing would not act up. As soon as I drove it to work and parked it "no start" until the late afternoon. I am assuming the mobile scanner they use (a snap-on i think) can measure all this. Up until today it would only "no start" when hot. Now it wont start at all today. But you are right, I am chasing a needle in a hay stack. I don't wanna be a PITA on here, LOL, just trying everthing I can think of before having to put it in the shop.

On a good note I have posted pics of my Nathan K3 Train Horn install on my profile in an album if anyone is interested in taking a look.

If I were to buy a scanner that could give me all the PID's, what would I have to buy and roughly how much would I have to spend? Is it even feasable to get one for personal use?

Towing the truck to the shop in the morning to get an in depth scan done. (PID's I hope) I will post whatever the results turn up. I have exhausted my own resources of diagnoses. I believe that I have eliminated anything that may be mechanical or related to HPOP and HPO leaks. Fuel pressure is good at 51psi, FICM voltage is at 56-57 volts with key on and while cranking (swamps upgrade), oil pressure while cranking is 1500 psi when hot, still wont start with ICP plugged or unplugged, pulled IPR and screen was clean, no wire chaffing that I can see anywhere. I have learned a lot with this breakdown. In fact I can tell ya just about anything about the 6.0L that ya wanna know, except for whats wrong with it, LOL.
