replaced abs module twice same code b2477

at wits end. bought a truck with no PCM, got exact one off same wrecked truck (2008 f150 4x4). Neighbor has the Ford pass through tool & he programed the pcm & everything worked great except the abs light on. Code B2477 Module configuration. Took off abs module & went back to same junk yard to same truck & got the abs module off & put on my truck & the same code came back after cranking the truck. Neighbor can see the abs module & configured it to the new VIN, ran pump test & it worked, drove the truck & it sees all wheel speeds. Did emergency stop & the tires locked up & didnt pulsate. I have shop manual & performed pin test & everything checked out. found other test for CAN & they all checked out. The low tire pressure light is on too & that is all the lights on dash.
Suggestions please
Researched for days on the web & he checked on websites & nothing is there.

Need to do PMI on the PCM and ABS with the correct VIN. There is a mismatch somewhere, prob with the cluster

Not sure on this one. Maybe try programming both modules with as-built data?
