2005 f150 factory throttle stop

I have searched but to no avail. Me and my husband own 2005 f150s both with the 3v 5.4. Mine is on 35's with a 6in Pro-Comp lift but otherwise stock. We recently put SIDO Flowmaster on his and he has since bought a tuner. I read on another site that the f150 has a factory throttle stop that limits full throttle to actually 3/4. Is there any truth to this? we are on vacation and wont be able to look into this for about a week but he is wanting more pep out of his truck. The muffler helped as did the "canned tune" tuner but he has almost become obsessed with getting more out of his truck. He wants to open his intake to flow more but will wait until he can get custom tunes because of the lean issue with free-flowing intakes. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

No truth to it.

If he bought a tuner then he should be able to display the APP (Accelerator Pedal Position) PID.

There is no "throttle stop" because our trucks are drive-by-wire; the gas pedal and throttle assembly are only connected electrically.

Yes but it will not go past a factory preset top speed mine was set at 93 mph truck would not go faster. like it lost power when it hit that speed now have a tuner and custom tunes it will go past the 93mph now.had it to 108 mph and still was pulling when i got out of it.
