Oil leak found...

My truck has been leaking oil for about a year or so now. Not a lot but a few drips after long drives on the driveway. At first i thought the main seal was leaking and thought i would wait to fix it. well after i de-greased the oil pan and frame area and let it dry. i drove it around for about an hour. no drips hanging off the inspection plate but i did see fresh oil coming from what i guess is the oil pressure censor ? it's a wired censor the screws in to the top of the oil filter mount. anyone know this area ?? what should i look for ?? I need to clean that area good now so i can see exactly where its coming from.. But it looks like it coming from the threads.. Im thinking i can remove and Teflon tape the threads ???

Sounds like your block heater, is it by chance a large orangeish 3 wire plug? It is in coolant that assembly does have 5 or 6 screws that you can try to check for looseness. But you probably have a leak higher up traveling down to those threads.
