hi everybody. new truck new to the forum need info
so i just bought a 81 f150 4x4 it has 96xxx miles on it and looks like it was a work truck as it's a bit rough but got it from a shop and it has had a lot new parts (master cylinder, fuel pump , starter plugs wires, distributor, radiator etc...)put on and seems to be in good mechanical shape. it does however have a hole in the floorboard but i'm planing on getting a jcwhitney patch for that. the biggest issue is the 4wheel drive works but it leaks a lot from the back of the transfer case seal where the main drive shaft goes in. and in general there is a lot of seepage from all over the motor and trans.... so i'm wondering if any one know where to get the seals I need because i have had no luck on google identifying the tranny and transfer case. i searched on here and found a lot of conflicting info. here is a pic of the door badge and the underside of the trans and transfer case. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

That looks like it's an NP208, here is from the 1981 factory shop manual:
As for the seals, well, I suggest you first wash it with a hot-water pressure wash, then watch it and see exactly what's leaking.
NAPA auto parts can sell you some dye you can put into the transfer case, it glows under black light, this can help you identify the source of the leak(s).
I have the BW1345 variant, and it leaks at the input shaft even after having replaced the seal.
Turns out the front bearing is shot, the input shaft wiggles around way more than it should. I'll rebuild the entire thing "one of these days."
Yours may be in similar condition.
When you get it cleaned up and figured out, look at www.drivetrain.com for rebuild kits & seals & whatnot.
