Good morning everyone
Took the family on a road trip to South Dakota.
2004 6.0L
15 hours later check engine light comes on. Power seems a little lower but not drastic. There’s a pop or rumble when I let off the accelerator when climbing the hills. Starts without any issues.
I inspected the hoses going to and from the Turbocharger. Nothing obvious to me at least. There was some oil on the first hose on the hot side. Engine compartment is pretty clean. So that struck me as odd.
Any ideas or similar past issues?
Local Ford dealer closed until tomorrow morning.
