picture in signature

I have tried 15 or 20 times in the last six months to put a picture back in my signature using the correct spec's listed in the instructions. Why the hell will the program not work?

Mine doesn't view under my name but I do see it when I preview so I'm in the same boat plus I'm a Supporter so I figured it would work
