confused

My 74 F-350 camper special is a four wheel drive. every thing looks factory, the vin says its a two wheel drive. does any one no if they made the long wheel base in 4x4

Ford never made any F-350 4x4 until 1979.

Yours is either a modified 2wd or someone has put that body on a (possibly stretched?) F250 frame.
