I recommend S&B intake and Flo Pro exhaust. S&B has never thrown a single code and the exhaust is well built and was a very straight forward install. Also great value on both for their price.

Right now I'd recomend an AFE exhaust from Spartan Diesel. Right now it's $350 for a quality down pipe back stainless steel exhaust. Put one on my truck yesterday. Fit like a glove.
For intake I'd recommend leaving it alone unless you intend to add serious power, or just wish to blow some cash. The stock system is plenty good enough as it is. You're probably better served to spend the money on a new CAC tube instead of that squished up thing Ford installed.
