So my black carbon grill on my black 06 is starting to flake. (See picture below) I'm looking to do one of two things - 1) Peel off all the carbon fiber film that is on it to make it completely chrome or 2) get a new grill. I don't know exactly how to take off the film though. Some of it can flake off, but some of it is still on good so I'm not sure what to do about that. If anyone knows how, let me know. I've also been looking into a new grill. Been looking at a lot of them, but can't find a lot of pictures of them on 04-08 model F150s. If you've got some pictures, shoot them my way. From what I've seen, I like the horizontal style billet grills like this one

I guess my question to you guys is, what should I do and if I get a new grill, what kinds do you guys like. Keep in mind, my truck is black. (Picture below.) Also, I plan on getting either a chrome/stainless brush guard or light bar and mounting some off-road PIAA lights on them. Just some info in case that persuades your opinion on anything.
