Cruise Control Fuse?
#16
Thats how mine quit after I stopped for food. I did nothing about it for a month or two and the abs light came on. It could also be the switch on the end of the master cylinder it is about $20.00 at the dealer. There are two it is the one closest to the end or front of truck. I replaced it first and did not fix for me though but has for some it is a cheaper place to start.
In searching for a fix to my cruise control problem, I came across this from "snorindad". I had the same thing happen. Cruise stopped working and then a couple of months later, the ABS light came on. I did not see what you ultimately did to fix the cruise control problem. Just had mine scanned and they said that one of the ABS sensors was bad. Just wondering if you ever found out what your issue was so I will know if this might correct the problem.

First off, there is no fuse for the cruise control on a 6.0L. The cruise is entirely a function of the PCM.
Second, follow the diagnostic in the link below and report back. There are two switches, the Brake Pressure Switch on the master cylinder, and the Brake Pedal Position switch on the brake pedal that can both fail and cause problems with the cruise control. The clock spring can fail, and the cruise buttons can fail. Following the diagnostic will help identify the problem.
