460 with HEI dizzy

I have an 88 F250 with a carbed 460 swap. The swap was done half-assed by a previous owner (used the efi dizzy with carb). I finally got it swapped out with an HEI dizzy and now I have a VERY weak spark. I have reset TDC on the #1 a couple of times now and I know I've got fuel through the carb to the engine. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks all.

HEI is JUNK
especially if its an Ebay special. You get a cheap knockoff of an inferior distributer. A duraspark Dizzy is great for your application.

I got it running a couple weekends ago. I was a little off on TDC is all it was. It runs great now.
