I think it looks sweet. Only thing that bugs me is the steps of the bed hanging down below the cab.

The plan is to use a set of Aero-tec running boards (unless someone has a factory set they will sell me), they are the only place I could find that still makes a fiberglass step for the crew cab and it just so happens they are right here in Nebraska about an hour and a half from my house.

More eye candy

I usually just run the topper in the winter or on a trip.

Seriously, that looks pretty cool! I'm not usually a fan of the OBS flare side trucks, but that looks pretty sweet! Something about the CC and the Flare side together makes it look cool IMO. I agree with going with a set of fiberglass steps and I think it will line those body lines up nicely.

And FWIW, I like it better without the cap as well but I understand the functionality of having it on there.

Looks sweet. Be sure and post pics of the finished project with the steps and trims in place.

Nicely done! Like your paint scheme too. Now you've got a nice place to put stacks too.
Any ideas as to how your going to fill the gap at the back of the cab?

Looks neat, but needs rear hub caps,i know they come off easy, you can put 2 or 3 strips of clear silicone on the edge ,then you are good to go,that is what i did.

I got a set off of ebay that are not OEM but look good and stay on. In fact they are hard to get on and off.
