Get a topper and a few accent lights and you're set to cruise a hot summer night!

I usually carry 250 gallons of water 3 times per week to fill my cistern and water the horses. But mine's a 250. Doesn't squat much though it's 2000lbs of water. I need to try that when I get a bed.

It sure did - the axle bottomed out on the stoppers. My truck is just an F100. I didn't drive it that way though.

Now if we just hook the exhaust pipe to run into the water somehow you`ll have a heated pool.

Do the math? One gallon of liquid occupies 281 cubic inches and a gallon of water weighs about 9 lbs.

What you do is run the exhaust to a garden hose splitter and connect a splitter to that one and so on and then run all the hoses in to the bed.....instant hot tub. But thats for winter. LOL
I've done this many moons ago. Nothing better than chilling on a floaty in the bed of the truck drinkin a cerveza...just watching the cars go by.

Hopefully I will have a bed by this winter. I'm already planning on doing this with snow on the ground but with a heater core extended out and dropped into the bed for convection heating. Might take some time to heat though.

When I was in high school (this was the early '80s), a guy I know did the same thing. Some of his friends piled in the back with a keg and they cruised main street all night with the stereo blasting. You'd get thrown in jail doing that now, probably...
