how much power is left on the table

I just got Beans stage 1s and their chip. Im the hot position my ICP drops to 1900=2000psi and the check engine comes on, so IPR Duty cycle has to be about 50%. This was in four gear @3k rpms, 28psi boost, 1400* pyro.
What amount of power is left if I get a bigger HPOP?
Is the T500 big enough?

Everything I have seen and read on the forum says that the T500 is more than enough for stage 1's and Tunes... I'm actually installing my T500 today due to the same issue.

T500 will handle 1's... Other options would be the SRP1 or adrenaline...

The T500 is plenty for those stage 1's. It's hard to say just how much power is still available for you, but stage 1's can get you to 350hp w/ the stock turbo. I'm sure you will pick up a few ponies with the HPOP swap. Being able to hold good ICP does make a nice difference.

The difference I noticed in my truck is a smoother idol, smoother throttle and it will redline very smooth and Pull hard the whole way to 3700. No more flat lining dead power. Off idol torque is better too

What about fuel pressure, does it have an impact on power? I have a BB shimmed FPR that I got 55psi idle with a leaky pump that went down to 30psi in the chips hot setting. I put a new pump on, I got 50-52psi idle and drops to 30psi but it doesnt leak.
Should I reshim the FPR to 65psi?

If you have 50 at idle with a new pump then I'd say you fine shimming won't hurt just don't go over75psi. If you gEt a new HPOP you will fill get all the performance out of the injectors but the to be able to use all of you new found a intercooler will be a big plus to to keep your EGT's away from that 1400*
