What is a OEM 2008 am/fm/cd radio worth?

When I bought my 2008 single CD I paid around 70+ shipping on eBay.
Things to note when selling it are the options that the vehicle came with...
Aux-in?
Redundant controls?
4 speakers?
I've found out, while helping guide other with the factory mods I've made, that if a head unit didn't come with redundant audio controls it won't recognize them if they are there.
