Loose side mirror. How to tighten?

Does anyone know how to tighten the drivers side mirror? It's rattleing around and driving me nuts. It's loose at the pivot point not the door mount. It's the power/folding version.

I looked at it but can't figure out how to tighten it. There is a little plastic access panel on the bottom below the pivot but there doesn't appear to be a nut or anything to tighten in there? Myabe I missed it?

Thanks.

Velvac Mirror Pivot tension adjustment 99-E450SD RV

Mine a 99-E450SD w/ Velvac electric & heated mirrors on single manual foldback, problem was in the head swivel on the outer end of the arm. Realize the pivot is in the arm, and the stem is fixed at the head, so removed two screws from end of arm, allows whole head to be loose and hang (gently from the wire), loosen two 5/16 hex-head screws and remove pivot cap; I installed a shim, and reinstalled cap/ screw, and then reinstalled head onto arm end.. I pondered paper card stock shim versus aluminum, chose aluminum, seems to be OK with acceptable tension to the pivot. Time will tell... Repair was easier than expected. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE
