This may be an old string and the manual has been no help and as always, this site rocks. I'm a guy of convenience and the 4 door unlock with a single push is the way to go.

I just downsized from my 03 f250 v10 xlt crew cab long bed to an o8 crew cab f150 xlt with the 5.5' bed so i am learning the available features all over again. I'll be updating my site info soon but features and conveniences are the most important thing to me now.

What I also came here looking for was how to disable the headlight perimeter feature when I unlock via the key fob. I'm no mamby-pamby and like the the stealth entry under darkness. The sequence in the Owners manual does not work so I'll keep searching here.

Love it when an old thread comes back to life. I must admit, when I read the OP, I thought - seriously. But, as I thought about it, there has been many times that I have walked to the passenger door (drivers side unlocked, key on console), only to have to walk around, open the door and hit the unlock. I went downstairs this am, reprogrammed, and said to myself, "awesome." Thanks to all. Gotta love this forum.
