The Ford Raptor makes an awesome fire truck

 

It'll stay busy at Ocotillo wells on the weekends. Saw some full size fire trucks out there last year practicing getting their rigs unstuck from the sand. Looks like they had fun getting them buried.

 

Are you sure they were practicing?? hahaha

I was in the Gold Coast Ambulance (Oxnard) dispatch office about a month ago when the body of the guy who jumped off the pier in Port Huneme was found.

Radio: "Dispatch, Medic 662..."
Dispatcher (not on the radio): "I swear if hes stuck in the sand again.."
Other Dispatcher: "Again"
Dispatcher: "Yeah they were out there the other day on a false alarm and got stuck.. twice."
