We've had some thunder and dark clouds today, but only a few drops of rain.

I've got water in my sump pit, thinking I might need to get a pump, just in case. They say the ground water levels around here are rising quite a bit due to the high river levels.

Yeah I know Steve... was looking at a portable sump pump at lunch time... all the plumbers around here are booked solid to get a permanant one installed.
