Drop the axle, take it to a machine shop, gotta have the spindle bushings done anyway.

I usually block up the axle - Knock off the cap on top of the kingpin and knock it down fron the top - soak it good with some PB Blaster or your favorite fluid and go to it - If necessary a little heatwrench may be applied.
