Cool Wet spot on wrong side?

I have an 02 F150 w/5.4. I began smelling what i thought was a radiator fluid smeel and I found a wet spot on the carpet but it is on the
DRIVERSIDE not the passanger where I would think the heater core would leak. Any ideas?

did it rain outside, or wash the truck ? Window seal leak on drivers side above steering column is a problem that occurs on a small number of trucks.

Think I found the problem

When I turned on the fan blower to the floor it began spitting fluid. But the heater core must be leaking in a spot which has it just leaking closer to that vent outlet.
