highway mpg versus in town?

I know mpg has been covered a lot over the years. Was wondering what you find in MPG difference from stop and go city driving versus all highway driving? Thanks Joe

I get around 14.5 with all city driving and as high as 21 with all freeway. Usually around 18 average down to 14.5 average with winter blend fuel and extended warm ups in the cold

Since you have the manual trans you should be getting better in town mileage compared to automatic vehicles. I suspect highway mileage is about the same between a manual and auto but I am not certain of that because neither of my trucks have manual transmissions.

My 4x4 CC auto all highway mileage is right about 18.5mpg if you can keep your speed in the 60-65 mph range. At 75 mph the mpg drops back down to around 16 ish

100% in town stop and go seems to be right around 13.5 mpg with the automatic.

Too many variables to define what 'city' or 'in town' driving is. My city driving is a lot of hills, stoplights, idling in traffic, slow stop and go. That being said, I have a 6-7 MPG spread between the two.
