Suspension for an E350

Hey all, I own a 2008 Ford E350 with a set of custom wheels on it and want to upgrade some other things. Have 4 kiddos plus the wife and I and we want to make it as comfortable as possible. I am trying to find a way to make this thing drive without feeling like we're in a buckboard. I realize it is a big ole boat, but I want to make this thing drive as nice as possible.

I am also wanting to know if there is any way to spray insulate in the areas of the passenger compartment to reduce road noise.

don't know if it will help with noise but i sprayed the area between the walls with expanding foam.(14 large cans worth!) makes a difference for insulating. maybe you can do something like that.

also if you need suspension call http://www.hellwigproducts.com/. use their search tool for what they have for your truck. i added a rear sway on my cargo e250 and it stopped the dancing over the bumpy stuff.
