Auto Engenuity (AE) high quality computer based test instrument for our trucks, provides access to lots of information when purchased with the Ford Enhanced Pak. You'll need a specific Non-ODBII compliant reader to get information from our trucks.
Yep, all those test were run with the truck running. I'll do the remainder today (with the EBPS out)
I'm afraid you've missed the subject of this thread, the PSI I was referring to was the amount of pressure the EBPS was reporting to the PCM on the Exhaust. Sounds like your speaking about your turbo, and the OE actuator's aren't the best, but can be adjusted. You'll just need to remove the "clip" that is attached to the wastegate (it's WAY back, under the cowl, on top of your turbo, toward the passenger side), pull the rod up off the waste gate, and "shorten it" by screwing the end that connects to your waste gate in. That said, if your looking to get 30psi from you OE factory turbo, it won't live long... I'd stay south of 25psi if I were you, unless you want to be putting a new turbo on.
Dude, that is what I'm talkin about! When I'm done, mine will do that. If it turns out to be my EBPS, that will change how we all view that little sensor. All these years, not much attention has been paid to it, and for me at least, it function was not well defined. Pretty much if you gutted your EBPV, you forgot about that thing (I did). And unplugging it don't work either, cause that just hard sets a high PSI number for the EBPS. We'll see.

Well not really, I'm too broke and a little cheap to just buy a new EBPS without knowing if that is the "cause." It's going to be a couple weeks before I can get back to it, had to divert wrenching time to my Honda, head gasket, so I decided to just rebuild the engine while I was at it.
Next up is a compression test and if that's a go, I'm dropping some Hybrids in... that'll get the tires movin.
