If I want to convert a 1992 or newer Aerostar to the older H4 headlamps, what do I need to purchase. I know I will need the bezels, but what other stuff do I need to buy to fit everything up properly. I just want to be sure that if I do the swap that I get everything I need.

 

The easiest thing to do is go to your local scrapyard and take apart a van with the sealed beam head lights. Then compare its parts with a flush-mounted light.

Off the top of my head, I can think of: the bezel with its gasket, the chrome ring with its gasket, the cup that the bulb sits in, the adjusting screws, their frame nuts, the cup tension spring, the 3 slider pads under the cup, and the connector socket.
