This is a question for another forum but I posted it on the f150 site and nobody with any knowledge responded! So I figured I wud try u guys I sure someone might know something. My brother has a 1998 f150. 98000 miles 4wd. Auto. On the Franny when u put it in gear u can feel solid engagement but u step on the gas but won't move. Sometimes it will kill the truck when u hit the gas. If he switches gear u can feel them all engage. There is an intermittent howling that u can hear at the bell housing only when in gear. There are no codes been shown and fluids are good! Thanks all
