the one with the messed up rack is just that way, we have seen him the past few years. there seems to be some messed up genetics here, we see messed up looking racks every year.

back at it tomorrow morning. I've been out 6 times now. Bow, ML and Rifle. I keep seeing a few smaller bucks running around. Ironically we haven't had hardly anything in the way of does on our lease this year. Tons of pics but nothing in person. I couldn't get a shot on an 8 pointer I saw last Saturday. and had two other large deer come out after legal shoot. To dark by then to see how big. Could only see body size.

plenty of time between now and Jan 15. Just want to put something on the ground. Getting frustrated and starting to look for tag sandwich meal ideas.

I did not get a chance to score the buck yet I will be doing the European mount on it so I will score it at that time but it will be in the mid 120's it has good mass and good tines. I was hopping to get a mount out of that coyote but the cannon took off the opposite side leg, there was no saving it.

I have spent most of the week in the stand and have seen good activity just nothing big enough to shoot at yet, but have seen several bucks that will make next years group of trophies. I have really been looking for that drop tine deer but nobody has seen him yet, the neighbor was shooting and letting deer lay hope he did not make that fate. Will be back out tomorrow and try them again.
