Just thought I'd give you guys a few pointers if you want to try this. I have conveted from manual to electric windows. The hardest part of the whole thing was gathering all the parts. (I have lots left over, check the classifieds).
Here is what I got for parts. I picked up some door panels off ebay($$$$$$), and then went to the salvage yard and purchased 2 complete doors. I picked out a couple beat up doors and got the pair for $150.

Well, it's not too difficult, I just drilled out the rivets and transfered the regulators. Now putting them in is a different story. I first tried to use rivets. The problem is most stores only carry 3/16 rivets and even if they had 1/4, the tool is kind of pricey. I attempted to use the 3/16 ones with washers but the regulator was still loose. What worked really good (should have tried this first) is to just use 1/4' bolts.
I had to run all new wires, but that way it matches everything else.
