Looking for a wiring diagram for esof relay and shift motor for xfer case on a 1998 f-150 4.6. I have a grasp on how the system works and dont believe gem is the problem. No voltage at shift motor and cant locate relay. Vacuum lines are good and solenoids check out ok. Dont wanna buy shop manual unless I have to.I think I have read every post on this forum and learned plenty but no luck for a diagram.

 

There should be a 30 amp Maxi fuse to feed the motor.
Better check this first.
Pull them one at a time and check with an ohm meter.
Fuse should be one of the first ones next to the firewall.
May be #104, look at the lid locator info.
Go to the Motorcraft website and down load the owner manuel that should give all the info you normally need to service the truck.
