Choosing an after market steering wheel.

I have a 79 f250 that needs a steering wheel replacement.

my question is for those of you that have after market steering wheels.

I want to install an after market wheel that will sit in the same position the stock wheel did so my question is what is the proper "dish" depth i need to buy to get the wheel to sit in the same spot as the factory wheel?

I once got hold of a Grant catalog at the parts store that showed the different dishes for each wheel to figure out the same thing. Maybe that have this info online nowdays. They also have a an adapter that is extra long if you need the wheel to be adjusted closer to you.
